  • 1/2 lb Crabmeat
  • 1/2 c Lime juice
  • 1 ts Tangerine peel, grated
  • 2/3 c Tangerine
  • 1/2 c Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tb Purple onions, chopped
  • 1 tb Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tb Jalapeno, chopped
  • 1/8 ts Salt
