Crab with Curried Rice

 Ingredients List

  • CRAB-----
  • 2 lb Crab meat
  • 1 1/2 c Sharp cheese -- coarsely
  • Grate
  • 4 c Thick white sauce
  • 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c Green pepper -- finely
  • Diced
  • 2 tb Sherry
  • 1/2 c Pimientos -- chopped
  • Salt, pepper -- paprika/
  • Taste
  • 1 c Celery -- finely diced
  • 2 c Rice
  • 1 tb Curry powder
  • 2 c Chicken stock
  • Salt to taste


Season white sauce with salt, pepper, Worcestershire and sherry. Combine
all ingredients or arrange in layers in casserole dish, keeping back 1/2
cup cheese for top of dish. Sprinkle paprika over top and bake for one
hour in 350 degree oven. Serve with curried rice: combine all ingredients
