Crab with Curried Rice
Ingredients List
- CRAB-----
- 2 lb Crab meat
- 1 1/2 c Sharp cheese -- coarsely
- Grate
- 4 c Thick white sauce
- 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c Green pepper -- finely
- Diced
- 2 tb Sherry
- 1/2 c Pimientos -- chopped
- Salt, pepper -- paprika/
- Taste
- 1 c Celery -- finely diced
- CURRIED RICE-----
- 2 c Rice
- 1 tb Curry powder
- 2 c Chicken stock
- Salt to taste
Directions
Season white sauce with salt, pepper, Worcestershire and sherry. Combine
all ingredients or arrange in layers in casserole dish, keeping back 1/2
cup cheese for top of dish. Sprinkle paprika over top and bake for one
hour in 350 degree oven. Serve with curried rice: combine all ingredients
