Crabmeat Imperial

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Bunch green onions; chopped
  • 1/2 lb Butter
  • 1 c Olive oil
  • 1 lb Fresh lump crabmeat
  • 1 tb Pimento; chopped
  • 1/4 c Fresh mushrooms; sliced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tb Sherry
  • Toast points

 Directions

Saute green onions in butter about 5 minutes; add olive oil, crabmeat,
pimento, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Saute an additional 5 minutes. Add
sherry; spoon over toast points. Serves 4.
