Cranberry Congealed Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Box (large) strawberry jello
  • 1 cn (large) crushed pineapple;
  • -drained
  • 1 ct (8-oz) sour cream
  • 1/3 c Chopped nuts
  • 1 cn Whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • Whipped cream
  • Lettuce leaves


Mix cranberry sauce with gelatin which has been dissolved in 2 cups boiling
water. Drain pineapple & fold in gelatin mixture, sour cream & nuts. Fold
well & pour into mold or pan. When set, cut into squares & place on lettuce
leaf & top with whipped topping if desired, or eat as a dessert.
