Cranberry Crunch Smoothie, Grandma Grandy's

 Ingredients List

  • 2 1/2 c Cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 tb Lemonade; frozen concentrate
  • 1 c Apple juice
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 c Seedless grapes
  • 3/4 c Grape-Nuts
  • 1/4 c Honey; or to taste

 Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and puree on medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
