Cranberry-Orange Congealed Salad

  • 1 pk (3-oz) orange-flavored
  • -gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c Boiling water
  • 1 c Jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 c Diced celery
  • 2 tb Minced onion
  • 3 tb White vinegar


Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Add
cranberry sauce, cut in 1/4-inch cubes; celery; onion; and vinegar. Mix
gently. Chill until firm. Yield: 6 servings.
