Cranberry-Orange Glaze

 Ingredients List

  • 3 oz Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 c Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 c Orange Juice
  • 1 tb Lemon Juice


In a small saucepan, combine ingredients and mix well. Heat over low heat
until the sugar is dissolved. Use to flavor ham, poultry or pork chops.
