Cranberry Salad 2

 Ingredients List

  • 12 oz Cranberries; ground or chop
  • 3 c Sugar
  • 6 oz Raspberry jello
  • 1 c Hot water
  • 3 c Apples; chopped
  • 2 c Pecans; chopped
  • 6 oz Frozen orange juice
  • 1 Orange; peeled and chopped


Mix cranberries and sugar and set aside. Dissolve Jello in hot water and
cool. Mix all ingredients together and chill. Will keep for several days
in refrigerator.
