Creamy Corn Casserole

Ingredients List
- 2 10 oz packages whole corn thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup Ritz crackers crushed
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 large egg beaten
- 2 TBSP Butter melted
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Crumb Topping:
- 1/2 cup Ritz crackers crushed
- 2 TBSP butter melted
Directions
Place the corn in a large bowl. Add the crackers, cheese, whipping cream, egg, melted butter, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining crushed crackers evenly over casserole, then drizzle with remaining melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
