Creamy Corn Casserole.

Ingredients List
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 can (15 oz.) cream of corn
- 1 can (14.75 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8.5 oz.) package dry cornbread mix (jiffy)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9×9 pan or 2-quart dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cornbread mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn and eggs together. Stir in melted butter. Add sour cream and cheddar cheese (if using) and stir until combined.
3. Pour into baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
