Creamy Dill Dressing and Dip

Ingredients List
- 1/2 c Nonfat Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 c Buttermilk
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Black pepper
- 1/4 c Chopped scallions
- 1 tb Cider vinegar; or white
- 1/2 ts Dried dill
- 1/2 ts Dijon mustard
Directions
Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Taste. You
can add more mustard if you want. Chill.
Makes 1 cup.
Serve with cut-up veggies.
