Creamy Sweet Corn.

 Ingredients List

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

 Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.

2. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 6-8 minutes or until heated through.

3. Serve over or next to a big mound of mashed potatoes. :D

================Special Notes=========================

My mom uses frozen sweet corn from her garden, but since I didn”™t have that option (sniff, sniff), I used a bag of super sweet frozen corn from the grocery store, which worked fine.
