Creamy Tofu Dressing

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Firm tofu; (bean curd)
  • -sliced
  • 1 lg Garlic clove; minced
  • 2 tb Low-sodium soy sauce;
  • 1 Lemon; juice with plup
  • 1/4 ts Dried leaf oregano;
  • 1/4 ts Dried leaf marjoram;
  • 3 tb Balsamic vinegar;
  • 3 Green onions; chopped
  • 1/4 c Water; about

 Directions

Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with the
metal blade. Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as
needed to make desired consistencey. Process until smooth. Makes 2
