Creole Creole Chicken

 Ingredients List

  • JEAN ALLEN
  • 1/4 lb Cooked ham
  • 1 Fryer chicken cut up
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 Green pepper -- chopped
  • 1/2 lb Polish sausage -- sliced
  • 6 Green onions -- chopped
  • 3 c Cooked rice
  • 16 oz Can tomato paste
  • Several drops of bottled
  • Hot
  • (GRDG72B)

 Directions

In crockpot combine chicken, pepper, onions, tomatoes, tomato paste , ham,
salt and hot pepper sauce. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours. Turn control to
high. Add sausage and cooked rice. Cover and cook on high 20 minutes.
