Creole Franks and Rice

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Chopped onion
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 3/4 c Catsup
  • 1 tb Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 pk (16-oz) frankfurters; sliced
  • 1/3 c Green peppers
  • 1 c Beef broth
  • 3 c Cooked brown rice

 Directions

Saute onions and peppers in butter until tender. Stir in broth, catsup and
Worcestershire sauce. Heat. Add franks and rice. Turn into a greased,
shallow 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
