Crispy Sea Salt Chips

  • 3 Russet Potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
  • Oil for Frying, peanut works best
  • Sea Salt


In a large dutch oven add the oil so it fills it halfway.
Heat over medium high heat.
Add the potatoes gently to the oil so as to not splash yourself.
Stir continuously so the potatoes don’t stick together.
Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain and then immediately into a bowl with sea salt.
Toss to coat and add more salt if needed.
