Crock-Pot Tomato Soup Recipe

Ingredients List
- 3 cups vegetable stock
- 1 (28-ounce) can whole peeled plum tomatoes
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can whole peeled plum tomatoes
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato paste
- 3 cups half & half
- 2 - 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 - 3 bay leaves
- 1 - 2 teaspoons thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and stir until mixed well. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
Remove bay leaves once cooking time is completed, and then blend with a hand mixer, or transfer to blender.
Return to slow cooker and set temperature to warm, serve, and enjoy.
