Crockpot Corn Chowder Recipe

Ingredients List
- 6 potatoes, peeled & diced
- 1: 14.75 oz can cream of corn
- 1: 15.25 oz can whole kernel corn
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz diced pancetta
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups half and half
Directions
Place potatoes, cream of corn, corn kernels, chicken broth, pancetta, and onion into the insert of your crockpot, stir to mix well.
Cook on low for 7 hours, or until potatoes are nice and fork tender.
Before serving, add in the butter and stir in the half and half.
Cook for an additional 30 minutes then serve!
