Crunchy Sauerkraut Salad
Ingredients List

- 1 cn (27 ozs.) sauerkraut, rinsed
- And drained
- 1 Unpeeled apple, chopped
- 1 sm Onion, chopped
- 3/4 c Finely chopped dill pickle
- 1/2 c Vegetable oil
- 3 tb Lemon juice
- 2 tb Sugar
- 1/2 ts Dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 ts Dried basil
- 1/2 ts Dill weed
- 1/4 ts Pepper
Directions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Yield: 10-12 servings.
