Crunchy Sauerkraut Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1 cn (27 ozs.) sauerkraut, rinsed
  • And drained
  • 1 Unpeeled apple, chopped
  • 1 sm Onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c Finely chopped dill pickle
  • 1/2 c Vegetable oil
  • 3 tb Lemon juice
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1/2 ts Dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 ts Dried basil
  • 1/2 ts Dill weed
  • 1/4 ts Pepper

 Directions

In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Yield: 10-12 servings.
