 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Brown sugar; packed
  • 1/2 c Coconut
  • 1/4 c Chopped nuts
  • 3 tb Margarine
  • 1 tb Milk

 Directions

In a 4 cup measuring cup, combine sugar, coconut, nuts, margarine and milk.
Microwave on 100% (High) for 2 to 3 minutes, until thick and bubbly,
stirring twice. Makes enough to frost 1 8-inch chocolate cake or 1 dozen
cupcakes.
