Cucumber Chicken Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken {Slow cooked chicken breasts are MUCH more tasty and tender than boiled.}
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chunked cucumbers
  • 1/2 teaspoon Real Salt {more or less to taste}
  • 1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise

 Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until everything is well coated with the mayo. Chill & serve.
