 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 lb Lean pork
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tb Cornstarch
  • 1 tb Sherry
  • 1 ts Soy sauce
  • 1/2 ts Salt


1. Mince or grind pork. Beat egg and add.

2. Then add cornstarch, sherry, soy sauce and salt; blend well. VARIATION:
For the pork, substitute beef, chicken or shrimp.
