Cucumber Salad- healthy and easy recipe!

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Lb. Cucumbers (cleaned and cut into ribbons)
  • 1 Green onion finely minced
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup rice wine vinegar
  • Salad bowl
  • Mandolin ( or potato peeler)


Before You Start -Place your cucumbers in the refrigerator to cool for about 2 hours.Cut cucumbers into ribbons using your mandolin or potato peeler.

Lets Make it! Add cucumber ribbons ito your salad bowl sprinkle with all ingredients, toss well to coat. taa Daa, I told you it was easy :-)
