Ingredients List
- 1 Lb. Cucumbers (cleaned and cut into ribbons)
- 1 Green onion finely minced
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp. Red chili flakes (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 Cup rice wine vinegar
- Salad bowl
- Mandolin ( or potato peeler)
Directions
Before You Start -Place your cucumbers in the refrigerator to cool for about 2 hours.Cut cucumbers into ribbons using your mandolin or potato peeler.
Lets Make it! Add cucumber ribbons ito your salad bowl sprinkle with all ingredients, toss well to coat. taa Daa, I told you it was easy :-)
