Cucumbers with Yogurt and Mint

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Plain nonfat yogurt
  • 3 tb Chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Ground cumin
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 4 c Sliced, peeled, seeded
  • Cucumbers


Combine yogurt, mint, salt, cumin, and pepper; stir in cucumbers to coat.
Cover and chill a half hour.

Per 1 cup serving: 57 cal., 4.3g pro., 0.4g (6%) fat, 9.8g carb., 1.9g
fiber, 1 mg chol., 0.8 iron, 340 mg sodium, 144mg calcium.
