- 1 c Plain nonfat yogurt
- 3 tb Chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Ground cumin
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 4 c Sliced, peeled, seeded
- Cucumbers
Directions
Combine yogurt, mint, salt, cumin, and pepper; stir in cucumbers to coat.
Cover and chill a half hour.
