Curly Endive-And-Grape Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 1 tb Red wine vinegar
  • 2 ts Water
  • 1 ts Honey
  • 1/2 ts Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 ts Dijon mustard
  • 2 c Loosely packed torn curly
  • -endive
  • 1/2 c Seedless red grapes, halved
  • 4 ts Crumbled blue cheese


Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.

Combine endive and grapes in a medium bowl. Add vinegar mixture, and toss
gently to coat. Sprinkle with blue cheese. Yield: 2 servings (serving size:
1 cup).

Carbohydrate; 4mg Cholesterol; 230mg Sodium
