Currant-Glazed Prime Rib of Beef

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Boneless beef rib-eye roast
  • (4 to 5 pounds)
  • 5 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 ts Dry mustard
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Black pepper
  • 1/3 c Red currant jelly


Preheat oven to 350F. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil and coat with
nonstick cooking spray. Place roast in the pan.
