Curried Fruit #2

 Ingredients List

  • 1 1/2 pt Pineapple; cherries, pears,
  • -apples; peaches (fresh is
  • -better; but canned fruit
  • -can be used)
  • 3/4 c Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted
  • 1 1/2 -(up to)
  • 2 tb Curry powder

 Directions

Combine all ingredients except fruit and mix well. Pour over fruit. Bake in
a 325 degree oven for 40 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate for 24 hours to
flavor. Before serving, bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Delicious with
baked ham; has an exotic flavor.

LET STAND FOR 24 HOURS
