Curry Chicken

 Ingredients List

  • 4 x Chicken breast,boned+skinned
  • 2 c Bell pepper,chopped or slice
  • 2 c Red pepper,chopped or sliced
  • 2 x Green onions, sliced
  • 2 ts Curry, more-less, to taste
  • 1/4 ts Turmeric
  • 4 x Red Apple, cored-sliced
  • 1 c Water

 Directions

Place in covered baking dish all of the ingredients. Cover tightly and cook
in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
