Ingredients List
- 5 lb Broiler-fryers chicken
- 3 c Pineapple chunks; fresh,
- Canned or frozen
- 2 tb Ginger root, grated -OR-
- 1 ts Ground ginger
- 1 c Pineapple juice
- 1 c Soy sauce
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tb Oil
Directions
Clean and cut the fryers. Combine all the above ingredients (with
exception of oil) for a marinade. Cover chicken and let stand at
least 4 hours. Turn often. Drain. Brown chicken in oil in a heavy
skillet. Place meat in a greased casserole. Bake in 325 oven for an
hour, or until tender.
