- 10 oz Frozen petite peas, thawed
- 1/4 c Chopped onion
- 1/4 c Olive oil
- 4 oz Genoa or other hard salami,

- -julienned into 1/4 inch

- 2 Ripe seeded tomatoes, finely
- -diced
- Salt and freshly ground

Directions
