Deviled Eggs W/vegetables

 Ingredients List

  • 4 Boiled eggs
  • 2 tb Sour cream, reduced calorie
  • 2 tb Zuchinni, finely chopped
  • 1 tb Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 ts Snipped fresh dill weed or
  • 1 ts Dried dill weed
  • 1/4 ts Prepared mustard
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/8 ts Pepper

 Directions

Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks; mash 2 with fork
Mix in remaining ingredients. Fill whites with yolk mixture heaping it
lightly. Garnish pimentos & dill if desired. Cover & refrigerate up to 24
hours.
