Ingredients List
- 4 Boiled eggs
- 2 tb Sour cream, reduced calorie
- 2 tb Zuchinni, finely chopped
- 1 tb Celery, finely chopped
- 1 ts Snipped fresh dill weed or
- 1 ts Dried dill weed
- 1/4 ts Prepared mustard
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
Directions
Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks; mash 2 with fork
Mix in remaining ingredients. Fill whites with yolk mixture heaping it
lightly. Garnish pimentos & dill if desired. Cover & refrigerate up to 24
hours.
