Deviled Steak Cubes

 Ingredients List

  • 1 tb Flour
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ds Pepper
  • 1 lb Stew Beef Or Sirloin, cut
  • -bite-size pcs.
  • 2 tb Cooking Oil
  • 1 md Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cn (8 Oz) Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1/2 ts Dry Mustard
  • 1 1/2 ts Worcestershire Sauce


Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Coat meat and brown slowly in oil. Add
remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
Serve over rice or noodles.
