Diet Hollandaise Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 2 tb Lemon juice (fresh is best)
  • 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper (more or less
  • -to taste)
  • 1 Tub (8-oz) Diet Parkay
  • -margarine (must use Diet
  • -Parkay or sauce will not be
  • -thick)


In blender, combine egg yolks, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Mix on high
until blended. Melt Diet Parkay (in microwave if available) and add to
other ingredients in blender. Blend for a few seconds until thick.
Calories: 74 per Tablespoon. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
