Dill-Dijon Butter

  • 1 ts Olive oil
  • 1/2 ts Shallots; chopped
  • 1/2 ts Garlic; chopped
  • 1 tb Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c Clam juice
  • 1/4 c White wine
  • 1 tb Butter
  • 1 tb Fresh dill; chopped


Saute shallots and garlic in olive oil until shallots are soft; add
mustard, clam juice and wine. Reduce to half the volume, then swirl in
butter and dill.
