Dill-Dijon Butter
Ingredients List
- 1 ts Olive oil
- 1/2 ts Shallots; chopped
- 1/2 ts Garlic; chopped
- 1 tb Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c Clam juice
- 1/4 c White wine
- 1 tb Butter
- 1 tb Fresh dill; chopped
Directions
Saute shallots and garlic in olive oil until shallots are soft; add
mustard, clam juice and wine. Reduce to half the volume, then swirl in
butter and dill.
