 Ingredients List

  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 c Beef bouillon
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 Directions

Pare & slice potatoes & place in a small casserole dish. Peel & slice onion
& place on potatoes. Crumble raw ground beef on top of onions. Pour
bouillon over beef. Add salt & pepper. Bake at 425 for 1 hour.
