Donut Ice Cream Sandwich

  • 1 can 14oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup Toasted Marshmallow Mocha Coffee-mate Dessert Creamer
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 12 glazed donuts


Line a 5x9 bread pan with wax paper (enough so that the excess paper hangs over the sides) and set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, Toasted Marshmallow Mocha Coffee-mate Dessert Creamer, and instant coffee grounds.
In a separate bowl (preferably a chilled metal bowl), whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer on high-speed until stiff peaks form.
Use a spatula to fold and stir the heavy cream into the condensed milk mixture until completely combined.
Pour mixture evenly into prepared 5x9 bread pan.
Cover the container well with clear wrap and freeze at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).
Once ice cream has frozen, remove from freezer.
Slice each donut in half and scoop ice cream onto one donut half. Top with the other half of the donut and serve immediately.
