Double-Boiler Polenta with Gorgonzola

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Recipe Double-Boiler Polenta
  • 2 tb Unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese in 4
  • -1 oz. slices


Prepare Double Boiler Polenta. Stir in butter. Divide polenta among four
bowls. Top each with a slice of cheese. Serve immediately.
