Double Chocolate Grand Marnier Brownies

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Squares unsweetened
  • -chocolate
  • 2 Squares semisweet
  • -chocolate
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 1 c White sugar
  • 2/3 c Flour
  • 1/2 ts Baking powder
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/2 c Chopped pecans (opt)
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 2 tb Grand Marnier
  • ICING
  • 2 Squares semisweet chocolate
  • 2 tb Light cream (or 2% milk)
  • 1 tb Grand Marnier
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 1 c Icing sugar

 Directions

Brownie: Melt chocolate. Add sugar, eggs, and butter. Mix dry ingredients.
Add to chocolate mixture. Add vanilla. Place in greased 8 X 8 pan. Bake 25
minutes at 350. Immediately after baking, brush on Grand Marnier. Cool 1
hour.

Icing: Melt chocolate and butter together. Stir in cream and Grand Marnier.
Add icing sugar. Spread on cooled brownies.
