Double Chocolate Grand Marnier Brownies

Ingredients List
- 2 Squares unsweetened
- -chocolate
- 2 Squares semisweet
- -chocolate
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 c Butter
- 1 c White sugar
- 2/3 c Flour
- 1/2 ts Baking powder
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Chopped pecans (opt)
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 2 tb Grand Marnier
- ICING
- 2 Squares semisweet chocolate
- 2 tb Light cream (or 2% milk)
- 1 tb Grand Marnier
- 2 tb Butter
- 1 c Icing sugar
Directions
Brownie: Melt chocolate. Add sugar, eggs, and butter. Mix dry ingredients.
Add to chocolate mixture. Add vanilla. Place in greased 8 X 8 pan. Bake 25
minutes at 350. Immediately after baking, brush on Grand Marnier. Cool 1
hour.
Icing: Melt chocolate and butter together. Stir in cream and Grand Marnier.
Add icing sugar. Spread on cooled brownies.
Add to chocolate mixture. Add vanilla. Place in greased 8 X 8 pan. Bake 25
