Double Orange Pudding

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Orange Juice
  • 1 ts Orange Rind -- grated fresh
  • 3 tb Sugar -- or substitute
  • 2 tb Cornstarch
  • 6 sm Oranges -- peel, section &
  • Discard white
  • Membrane

 Directions

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, EXCEPT orange sections. Stir
to dissolve cornstarch. Bring to a boil over med. heat, stirring. Boil 2
min, stirring. Remove from heat.

Add orange sections and mix gently.

Pour into 1 bowl or 4 individual serving bowls.

Chill.
