Ingredients List
- 2.5 lbs of beef ribs
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
Directions
1.Remove the silverskin on the underside of the ribs, it does let the dry rub get to the meat on the underside of the ribs. Use a sharp knife to get underneath the connective tissue sitting just in between the bone and the ribs. Use your hands to pull it off. Be careful so that you don't damage the meat.
2. Mix the spices.
3. Add the oil and then mix the ingredients.
4. Apply the spice mixture to the beef ribs and cover the ribs.
5. Place the spice covered ribs into air-tight container and let them overnight in the fridge.
6. Pre-heat to 250 or 265 degrees
7. Wrap the ribs up in the foil.
8. Put the ribs into the oven for 3 and half hours.
9. Take the ribs out of the oven.
10. Set the oven to broil on the high setting for 5 mins.
