Dutch Pear Pie

 Ingredients List

  • 1/4 c Flour
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 1 c Cream or canned evaporated
  • Milk
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 5 Fresh pears, peeled & diced
  • Or canned
  • Pears in light syrup
  • 1/4 ts Cinnamon
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 9 In unbaked pie shell

 Directions

Sift together flour & sugar. Stir in cream & lemon juice. Mix until
smooth. Add pears. Pour into shell. Sprinkle top with sugar &
cinnamon. Bake in 400 oven for 45-50 minutes. Cool until set.
**Apples or peaches may be used.
