Duxelle of Mushrooms

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c Fresh mushrooms, diced
  • 1 ts Margarine
  • 1 ts Olive oil
  • 1/2 c Shallots, diced
  • 1/2 c Onions, diced
  • 1 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 ts Marsala
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 pn Garlic powder


Saute mushrooms in margarine & oil over low heat for 5 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients & cook, stirring often, until the mushrooms are
tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use to fill pasta dough of your choice &
cook as desired.
