Easy Baked Salmon

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Salmon fillets about 6 ounces each with skin left on bottom
  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Kosher Salt and cracked black pepper to taste

 Directions

Combine the soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic and spices in a bowl. Mix well and spread on the salmon fillets. Marinate the salmon for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350º F. Bake the salmon for 30 minutes in a 350 º F oven.
Note: The salmon can also be cooked in a skillet on the stove top for about 4 minutes each side, or grilled on the barbeque.
