Easy Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients List
- 8 slices of bread diced
- 1 -12 oz packed bacon cooked according to package directions
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 cups milk
Directions
Dice bread; cut off crusts if desired.
Grease 9x13 baking dish; add layer of diced bread to dish.
Cook sausage or bacon; add meat layer over top of bread then add layer of cheese over meat.
Whisk eggs until well blended; mix in salt, pepper, mustard, & milk.
Pour egg mixture over cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap; press on plastic so that egg mixture covers all of cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
