Easy Cajun Chicken

Ingredients List
- 1kg chicken wings
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 2 tsp cajun spice mix
- 2 tsp paprika
- pinch salt
- pinch white pepper
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 200°
Mix the flour and spices together in a medium sized mixing bowl. Coat the wings well with the spice mix and shake off any excess.
Lay the wings onto a wire rack and place the rack onto a baking tray that has been lined with foil. (Warning! If you don’t line the tray, you will spend a long time cleaning it afterwards).
Bake on a high level in the hot oven for 30 to 35 minutes until cooked and golden brown
