Easy Chicken Curry

 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Margarine or butter
  • 1 ts Curry powder
  • 1 sm Onion, chopped (about 1/4
  • -cup)
  • 2 c Cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1/3 c Raisins
  • 1 sm Unpared red apple, coarsely
  • -chopped
  • 1 cn (10 3/4 ounces) condensed
  • -cream of chcken-soup
  • 1 Soup can water
  • 2 c Hot cooked rice
  • -Chopped peanuts, if
  • -desired

 Directions

Cook margarine, curry powder and onion in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat
about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. Stir in
remaining ingredients except rice and peanuts. Cook, stirring occasionally
until hot. Serve over rice. sprinkle with peanuts. 4 servings.
