Easy Chicken Curry
Ingredients List
- 2 tb Margarine or butter
- 1 ts Curry powder
- 1 sm Onion, chopped (about 1/4
- -cup)
- 2 c Cut-up cooked chicken
- 1/3 c Raisins
- 1 sm Unpared red apple, coarsely
- -chopped
- 1 cn (10 3/4 ounces) condensed
- -cream of chcken-soup
- 1 Soup can water
- 2 c Hot cooked rice
- -Chopped peanuts, if
- -desired
Directions
Cook margarine, curry powder and onion in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat
about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. Stir in
remaining ingredients except rice and peanuts. Cook, stirring occasionally
until hot. Serve over rice. sprinkle with peanuts. 4 servings.
