Easy Company Asparagus
Ingredients List
- 1/4 c Margarine
- 1/4 c Sauterne wine
- 1 cn (15-oz) asparagus spears;
- -drained
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions
Melt margarine and mix with wine. Pour over drained asparagus. Sprinkle
heavily with Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake until heated
through. Yield: 4 servings.
