Easy Grass Fed Beef and Zucchini Frittata

Ingredients List
- 6 pastured soy free eggs
- 1 tbsp of butter/ghee/ palm oil
- 8 oz grass fed ground beef, crumbled
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1/2 minced onion
- 4 thinly sliced zucchini”™s (get organic because Zucchini”™s are GMO now)
- Real Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Turn the oven on to 350.
Saute the onions in the butter over medium heat for 3 minutes in a Cast Iron 12-Inch Pre-Seasoned Skillet.
Add the sliced zucchini, beef and garlic saute for 5-7 more minutes until the beef is done and the zucchini is tender. Add Real Salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and add the beaten egg, making sure it covers meat and veggies evenly.
Heat in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the egg is firm.
Let it cool for 5 minutes then serve.
