 Ingredients List

  • 2 4-6oz beef steaks (sirloin or rib eye work best)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper (more if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley or parsley flakes

 Directions

1. Using a small saucepan on the stove, melt butter with garlic powder, minced garlic and parsley using low-medium heat. This should take about 5 minutes. Set aside.

2. Preheat your Foreman Grill for at Least 5 minutes with the lid closed.

3. Sprinkle both sides of steaks generously with salt and pepper. Place on grill and close lid. Grill steak for 4-7 minutes of medium-rare doneness. Grill 6-9 minutes for medium doneness. (Really thin steaks may take as little as 2-3 minutes for medium rare. Be sure to check depending on your grill and steak size.) Turn steak 1/4 turn if desired for cross grill marks. When done, pour melted butter mixture over steaks and let steaks rest for about 3 minutes before serving. Prepare to be blown away at how good these are!
