Easy Holiday Fruit Cake

Ingredients List
- 1 pk 1 lb 3 oz white cake mix
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 c Water
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Lemon extract
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 c Sifted all purpose flour
- 1 lb Light raisins
- 1 lb Whole pecans
- 1/2 lb Whole candied cherries
- 1/2 lb Candied pineapple, cut
- -into strips.
Directions
Line two greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans with waxed paper;
grease paper.
Combine cake mix, egg, water, salt and lemon extract in large bowl of
electric mixer. Beat two minutes at medium speed. Add 3 eggs; b eat w
minutes longer.
Mix flour and remaining ingredients; stir into cake batter.
Pour into the two prepared pans.
Bake at 275 degrees for about two hours.
